5000 DDD/ALTCS Medicare members services are restored

Grateful for Our Community of Advocates

Since April 1st, a policy change disrupted payments to speech, OT, PT, home health and other providers-impacting 5,000 DDD ALTCS Medicare members.

Many of us have been actively engaged in conversations with DDD and AHCCCS, advocating for a resolution.  We were genuinely concerned about a potential network collapse.

We are relieved to share that the policies causing the issue have been reversed. Providers can now resubmit claims for the payment.  Our hope is that this disruption is behind us-and these vulnerable members will once again receive the care their need without further interruption.

We want to thank DDD and AHCCCS for allowing us a seat at the table.  We are grateful for the providers and families who let us know what was happening.
